👁️ Is this event in person or online?
➡️ This is an online webinar taking place on zoom. If you don't have zoom, make sure to download it.
👁️ What should I bring?
➡️ Be sure to set up a quiet space where no one will interrupt you. You can lay down on a yoga mat or sit up straight. It's always good to have a blanket, pillow and water. Lighting a candle for your intention is also recommended. Also, be sure not to eat a large meal before this event
👁️ Should I eat beforehand?
➡️ It is best to avoid eating right before participating in breathwork. This practice is more effective on an empty stomach, and can be uncomfortable on a full stomach.
👁️ Will I hyperventilate?
➡️ No. We will be taking deep breaths into the diaphragm, rather than shallow chest breaths. Also, you will be in complete control of yourself. If the breathing is too much you are always welcome to stop and restart whenever you feel comfortable.
You can also decide to just sit and meditate.
